Asbestos Renovation
The area is cleaned to remove all moss and lichens using one of two methods:
A) By using a biocidal wash and scrapers
B) High pressure enclosed cleaning box

Any necessary minor repairs are carried out using cementitous repair compound.
Any badly damaged sheets are replaced with non-asbestos cement fibre sheets.

Encapsulation
A high performance waterproof coating is applied by either roller or airless spray unit. This gives a long lasting finish that is tough and quickly resistant to rainfall.
